Life is filled with changes all around. The oldest thing that is owned and still used daily. Then, it would be the individual self behind the backdrops of social, economic, psychological, and emotional identities. Based on cultural scores, the soul could be as ancient and as modern.

The gathering of data of lifetimes of experience as a human or any living creation on the planet Earth means so many identities. Now my current human experiences allow me to discern between what is right and what is not.

But even in this, there is no grantee that you’ll learn from the experience. Then, life is the lower being answering to the call of higher being. Improving the way you think about various matters, or how you react to various incidents speaks for the kind of progress you make as an individual or as a group of humans.

Improving and Advancing of Interaction and Reaction

Innumerable resolutions can be based on one’s personal experiences. Trying to progress through life becomes the key factor. When improving living standards in physical, psychological, and personal growth are some achievable goals. These goals are often tested by the fire of the living processes.

Sometimes, a whole life is spent on learning just one thing or maybe two! In such a case, you might find the person tending to behave in a recurring pattern. Getting out of the Catch 22 scenario becomes the most likely route towards a solution to resolve.

Inner Reference Points and Its Order

The oldest soul, spirit, inner being, or witness whatever you may call it, seems to be quiet caught up in the illusion of id, ego, and superego. Let’s then take a page out of Sigmund Freud life’s work about psychology and how human beings interact in forced and unforced, in observed and unobserved environments.

Psychiatric branch of Medicine predicts some assumption, inferences, and logical order that the thinking human mind brings to the table of discussion. Some reactions are predictable, but others are wildcard entries! The fact that human reactions are subject to various factors, both internal and external.

Then, when you make a conscious decision to improve the self against adverse situations by coming up with important improvements to the self’s reaction to stimuli. That part of order will be recognized as fruitful based on the learning factor of the individual.

Self-Development Coach and the Missing Factors

It is not enough to change the pattern of self-development by changing the vocabulary and self-effacing statement. I believe that is just lip service to actual hard-won progress. Superficial progress leads a path ahead to innumerable difficulties for the individual.

True progress happens when the person understands the stimuli, the personal reactions, and the self-learning there from. The path to progress may seem difficult and hard to cope with; but the best solutions come from the long strenuous route with self-critic and self-evaluation.

Grey Area of Personal Philosophy and the Human Contraction

Humans for time immemorial have been modifying and adapting to their life situations. So, it is quiet natural that they come up with personal philosophies to cope with all aspects of life. But this philosophy has factors that put them into grey areas of developmental debate.

Human coping mechanisms would be the huge contraction that happens to their resolve in life. Let’s take an example, let’s say they are trying to understand the situation in contrived way to fit their agenda and force the situation for growth, does that mean progress?!

I found from personal growth experience that deluding our inner perception becomes a factor that requires addressing. Life has never been simple but in matters of truth, sometimes things are oversimplified. Personal growth amounts to a lot of inner pointers, external stimuli, and clarity of unbiased thoughts.
