Exploring Creative Mix of Celebration

So, the conversation on WhatsApp took a turn and my sister suggested fusion of celebration. This time Diwali and Halloween collided. This meant fusion was given free reign.

So, I landed experiment with two different versions by switching the celebration to be first and second places in the search. The two celebration fusion was the aim of the output.

Hallowali Festive Images

The first image gave prominence to Halloween over Diwali and it turned out to be a overdose of Jack-o-Lanterns and Diyas fighting for space.Couple of ghosts and vampire group made for some interesting mix. I was not interested so much but it felt funny to me.

Experimenting With ChatGPT Ai

The first time I learnt from IAA online classes to get help with the Outline for Novel creation. I found that I had to prompt the engine for clear and clean parsing of information and distilling the core values that are not readily viewable.

It is good with structured analysis of the input text and brings out output that seem to be relatable. The only problem with the synopsis was that it does not allow for the confusion and fusion of ideas.

But it helps to polishing the prompt until you get the best answer. The number of attempts that can be made in a free version is limited. So, you need to explore over a period of different attempts.

Diwaleen Festive Images

In this case the Diwali was the first text and Halloween followed. Interestingly, I liked this festive image more than the previous one. The concept of light and dark exists in both these celebrations and the output proved it.

Even the Ghost are docile in the image which evoked my mirth! The extent to which the world fusion can be brought about could be seen in the output of ChatGPT Ai engine. This lead me on to another experiment.

Ganesha Watercolour Effect

A long time back before 2000, I had painted a Ganesha using a sample image. As I was painting the image got darker and darker. It eventually didn’t have the proper watercolour feel to it.

So, ChatGPT Ai needs prompting, but would it accept image as prompt. So, I had to try to see if that works. After input the image, I had hope that the engine would modify the image I uploaded to the server.

Instead, it changed the orientation of the image and gave another version in a monochrome brown colour. My sample was totally disregarded, and the output though pretty was not what I wanted.

It showed me that the prompt was not proper, the short sentences do not work, and bulleting prompts could be helpful. The importance of clear and concise instruction goes a long way in get output that your mind is envisioning.

The fact that I am still learning about the tool and how to use it effectively in my work. But sadly, I feel as if I am cheating and not really putting my entire effort in generating whatever artwork I desire.

The fact that I could pick out the errors in an image, which I couldn’t in text. For instance, the upload of my CV in ChatGPT Ai resulted in many parsing and eventually there was an output that I could understand.

Here is my understanding that text-based Artificial Intelligence seems to be relatively okay but with images the Ai is still struggling. Certain logics are misinterpreted.

But then innovations come with their group of setbacks, and it lies in the visionist kind of view of these setbacks. There are still issues such as who get to hold the copyright to this output. The Ai were human created and would it start and uprising of the output seeking judicial intervening to settle dispute.

Diwali Festive Image Before Sparkle Dies Out

Diwali is long gone, and I am still trying to get the faultless image. Yet every parsing results in errors of new or old one repeated. Ai can be wrong but it is sure entertaining for me.

As the disappearing sparkler effect happens the final image from two days after Diwali still looks grim to me. Maybe I need to come up with better prompt after all or wait for the Ai to upscaled in the next version.
